Sunshine Yoga for Kids offers nurturing kids yoga and mindfulness classes in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong for children aged 2 to 12. Our small-group classes support physical development, emotional wellbeing, confidence, and focus in a calm, welcoming environment.

Our classes go beyond yoga poses. We weave together movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection to support children’s physical, emotional, and social development. Our sessions include age-appropriate yoga, breathing and calming techniques, creative activities such as Neuro Art, and opportunities for teamwork and self-expression — helping children build confidence, resilience, body awareness, and emotional regulation in a fun, nurturing space.

At Sunshine Yoga for Kids, we offer inclusive, age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness classes that support the whole child. Through movement, breath, creativity, and play, children build physical strength, emotional awareness, confidence, and calm — all in a supportive, joyful environment where they feel safe to grow.

    Our Little Ones classes are designed for young children to explore movement alongside a trusted adult. Through songs, stories, simple yoga poses, breathing games, and creative play, children develop body awareness, coordination, and emotional connection — while caregivers enjoy quality bonding time and tools to support calm at home.

    Imaginative • Social • Confidence-Building

    Classes for ages 5–8 blend yoga, mindfulness, creativity, and teamwork in a playful and engaging way. Children learn how to move their bodies safely, recognise emotions, practise calming breathing techniques, and work together through partner poses, games, and creative activities — all while building confidence, empathy, and focus.

    Empowering • Mindful • Self-Aware

    Our older children’s classes support growing independence, emotional awareness, and resilience. Sessions include yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, reflection, and creative exercises that help children manage stress, strengthen self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies — giving them tools they can carry into everyday life.

At Sunshine Yoga for Kids, we care about the whole child. Each class goes beyond yoga poses and includes a mix of playful, mindful experiences such as:

  • We had such a fun time at our first class at Sunshine Yoga for Kids. With toddlers things are unpredictable at best and Miss Robyn rolled with the punches. My little is slow to warm up to new people/spaces and Miss Robyn was able to encourage her to participate yet keep it low pressure. Lots of song and dance as well as other fun activities. I’ve already booked our next session and can’t wait to go back. It is totally worth checking out.
